Cat Grooming Services

We have the know-how you need.

 We strive to provide you and your pets with the best loving care and service. Our highest priority is the health and well being of your pets. We will work with each pet to understand their personalities to make their visit the most comfortable and stress-free. We have fun here- so will they! 

From beginning to finish, a pet grooming at our facility lasts a few hours depending on which services are being provided and the thickness of the coat and the type of haircut they will be receiving. Whenever your pet is ready, we will call or text you so you can pick them up as soon as their grooming is completed. To guarantee the highest quality in each pet, we limit the number of pets we service in one day.

All grooming and bath services require proof of current rabies vaccination. 

Prices vary depending on the weight of the pet and the condition of the hair of the pet. 

Curly and double-coated dogs will be priced with an extra breed charge depending on the coat.

If your pet needs their haircut changed from the grooming, please let us know within three days of the grooming service and come in within a week to get it fixed. Any time after one week will require a small charge.

Cancellation Policy:

 

If you must cancel an appointment, please try to give us at least 24 hours notice. In some cases, pets arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. No Shows will be noted. If "NO Call" “No Shows” you will be required to pay for your grooming appointment in full prior to your next appointment. please understand that we work on an appointment basis. If you miss your appointment, we not only have lost business for the day but also have lost a spot for a customer who could have used it.

New Clients: 

 

For new clients, please allow additional time to fill out paperwork and discuss your grooming preference when checking-in.

If you are rushed on time, please review our policies in the "Policies" section before coming in for your appointment to speed up check-in time.
